Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using DigiW Menu, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies.
2. Service
DigiW Menu provides digital-menu creation, editing, branding, QR-code and AI-assisted extraction tools. The Business package also includes a custom restaurant website with managed hosting; third-party domain registration and renewal fees are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Features may change as the service improves. Clients remain responsible for reviewing menu content, prices, allergens, translations, images and AI-generated output before publication.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Membership, trial and renewal
The introductory packages are Starter at BHD 4.9 monthly or BHD 49 yearly, Pro at BHD 9.9 monthly or BHD 99 yearly, and Business at BHD 16.9 monthly or BHD 169 yearly for eligible new customers. Eligible new customers receive a seven-day trial. Introductory pricing may be withdrawn for future purchases; any renewal-price change will be communicated as required before it applies. Unless cancelled before the trial or current billing period ends, the selected plan renews automatically and the payment method may be charged.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the available billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally reverse a charge for a billing period that has already started. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless the payment is reversed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
6. Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or malicious material; misuse payment systems; interfere with the service; access another customer’s account; or use the service in violation of applicable law.
7. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited permission to host, process, resize and display it to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for menu text, logos and images.
8. AI features
AI extraction may contain mistakes. It is an assistance tool, not a guarantee of accuracy. Clients must verify descriptions, prices, translations, allergens and image associations.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party services, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause interruption.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digiw Advertising W.L.L is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, incorrect client-published menu information, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bahrain, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
