Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address and authentication records; restaurant and menu information; uploaded logos, food photos and paper-menu images; subscription and transaction references; device, browser, IP and security logs; and communications sent to support.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide menu and AI features, process subscriptions, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve service reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Tap Payments or another disclosed payment provider. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms.
AI processing
When an eligible member requests AI scanning, the submitted menu image may be sent securely to our configured AI service provider to extract menu structure and image regions. Customers should not upload unnecessary personal information.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for login, account security and session operation. Browser local storage may preserve menu drafts, branding and compressed images on the device. Clearing browser data may remove local drafts.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, payments, security, communications and AI processing; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; or a successor in a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, security and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, object to certain processing, or close your account, subject to applicable law and required record retention. Contact us to submit a request.
International processing
Some hosting, AI or payment providers may process data outside Bahrain. We use appropriate contractual and security measures where required.
