Refund and Cancellation Policy
Seven-day free trial
Eligible new customers may use the paid membership for seven days without a subscription charge. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. A customer is normally eligible for one trial.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless required by law or stated below, amounts already charged for a billing period that has begun are non-refundable, and service remains available until that period ends.
Refund eligibility
We will review refund requests involving duplicate charges, an unauthorized or demonstrably incorrect charge, or a material service failure that prevented use of the paid service and was not resolved within a reasonable period. Refunds may also be provided where required by applicable Bahrain law.
How to request a refund
Contact digiwbh@gmail.com within seven days of the relevant charge. Include the account email, charge date, amount and reason. Do not email complete card details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to submit an approved refund within five business days. The bank or payment network may require additional time to display it.
Failed payments and chargebacks
Paid features may be suspended after a failed, reversed or disputed payment. Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
